I recently used Geek Squad for , Tineco Floor One S3 and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. What I loved: Professional and Knowledgeable Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and explained everything they were doing in simple terms. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Efficient Service: My issue was resolved quickly, and they even provided tips to avoid future problems. Purchased this for my Shark stick vacuum as I'm tired of my older Dysons breaking (and their warranty call center is slow and not helpful). Also purchased this for my LG OLED TVs as well. I'm not usually big on protection plans, but for certain items that I know can have a tendency to break, it's worth it to have that peace of mind knowing that you can return it for a replacement.

I jist want to say thank you to geek squad. When my handheld fragged on me, they were able to help me. Keep doing what your doing!

This thing is a workhorse. Cats have been breaking into my home by way of the doggie door. And they run rampant around the home. Smacking vases to the ground. Pushing object off counters. It’s like they don’t want us in our home. We decided to go all out and take a portion of our weekly Olive Garden budget into buying this beast. Unlimited bread sticks can wait if it means a clean home. Totally recommend this workhorse of a vaccum.

Getting protection for 5 years is a very good deal, especially for something that is used so much

Love this vacum it has great suction, is on the heavy side but if u want a vacum to suck up dirt out of carpet has be kinda heavy to stay down and stay put on carpet to suck up the pet hair and dirt out of your carpets. you get what you paid for. kinda expensive, should have bought during Christmas sale but could not wait, the other attachments work great on recliners couches

When my item broke after manufacturer warranty, they replaced it at original purchase price with just one question...What is the error? I answered and within 3 minutes i had my instore credit to replace.

I did return my Dyson V 11 and got a new one and the return was fast and convenient and we now have our new Dyson the 11, which is awesome

Geek Squad Accidental protection coverage has never let me down. It’s always been a service that when I needed it the most I felt so very fortunate to have it. I don’t always fulfill the plan within the term, but when I do I’m glad I had the foresight to purchase it. You really can’t go wrong!

I was surprised by the power. Haven't have it long but so far very happy. Easy to use. Very versatile. We cleaned couches, floors, cars and curtains. Only charged 1 time.

I love the 5 year warranty. It gives you a free replacement battery so it pays for itself with this feature alone. This warranty is a must have in my opinion.

I love Geek Squad service! I used to balk at spending extra for extended coverage of purchases, but I’m a firm believer now. In the last 5 years or so, I’ve had a computer and an expensive lens replaced because for free at Best Buy, and with no heartache or arguments. I’ve had one camera repaired, as well. One nice feature of buying Geek Squad protection for cameras is that you get a free camera cleaning once a year for the length of the protection plan. That’s important for digital cameras, which can get annoying dust specks on the sensor over time. I could learn how to clean the sensor myself, but I’d rather have it done professionally rather than take a chance on damaging the sensor. A professional camera cleaning runs $75 or more, so the free cleanings that come with the Geek Squad plan have real value! Online camera or tech sellers offer protection plans that are no doubt good, but with the Geek Squad plans, I don’t have to deal with mailing gear myself. I just make an appointment, walk into the store, explain the problem, and leave everything with the Geek Squad staff! Couldn’t be easier!

The protection plan was a lifesaver. My wife dropped the vacuum and broke it.We took it back to best buy key squad.They looked at it said it couldn't be fixed.And gave us a store credit immediately with no hassle.
