I jad an issue with my vacuum and took it back. Showed what was wrong and they gave me a new one. No ussues at all. Best warranty ever!

Glad that I have this in case anything happens to my products.

It’s been almost two years and works like the first day the only thing is the cleaning the vacuum cause it get really dirty sometimes and the time is less then 30 minutes in full power. For now no need to complain about it much

Honestly this vacuum changed my life! I have never had a great experience when it comes to vacuums. I have three pets, two of which shed like CRAZY and all of the previous vacuums failed to properly vacuum all of the dust and fur on the floor. This vacuum however never seems to struggle at the task at hand AND it even has different options to vacuum the dust on the walls. This is a super light weight machine and super easy to clean out! Trust me when i say I got that warranty and definitely plan on using it in the future!

Everything you buy, you should add this on there for a peace of mind

My experience with getting. Replacement device was awesome! They sent my device out, I recieved update I could get a new device and I went into the store and got a gift card for equal value issued. I was able to purchase my same device model and the geek squad on my new device. Normally they say you can put it towards whatever or a newer model but I thought it was the best value getting the same and a new geek squad plan.

Solid protection plan. Haven't had to use this one, but they have saved me in the past!

Peace of mind purchased 4yr extended warranty..and know ill be covered for repair or replacement.

It does what is supposed to do and protects you. I always get it.

So it took it about a week to get going! At 1st she would get lost and never find the dock and seemed to be getting stuck everywhere! Also we couldn’t get her connected to the internet until we had a friend tell us your wifi name cannot have a dash in it! Once we got connected to the internet it’s been smooth sailing! I love having a set timer for cleaning each day & it picks up so much. I never thought I would love something more than my dyson!

Knowledgeable, friendly and repairs done in a decent time frame

Had a dryer drum go bad couple years after purchase. More cost effective for them to replace the dryer but the style was discontinued. The gave me the full value of the dryer as a gift certificate, even though I paid less because of a holiday deal.

I will never buy another Best Buy product again without including the Geek Squad warranty service! I purchased a $350 Tineco floor cleaning machine in 2020 and in 2022, after heavy but normal use, a small part broke inside the water tank. We took it to Best Buy expecting to have them ship it off for repairs and instead walked out with a gift card for our full purchase price, including the cost for the warranty service, so that we could buy a brand new replacement! Beyond impressed with our Geek Squad experience!

It is an intelligent commode if you want to save time and effort in housework, easy maintenance and very useful for people who have pets since it has a very powerful machine that allows you to keep the entire home clean. Super easy to use, light you can use it in every corner of your house or car it does not require a lot of space in your home and it is an essential tool to keep your home clean in less time and so you have time to use it in other activities, it has separate tools that you can very easily attach to your device and be able to use it to clean any area of ​​the home

We own 3 of these iRobot Roomba vaccuums. We have 2 different models (this model has been 2 gifts). We love the self-emptying feature and that it can map out different rooms. We have it in our Home Assistant so with a verbal command it can go to that room and vacuum. It can also be scheduled as well. With Geek Squad protection it is an amazing quick exchange if something does go wrong.

They have always been very attentive, professional and kind. I recommend Geek squad to everyone specially for the expensive appliances, I love having the peace of mind that if anything happens they wil help.
