I only got 2 min one time and 10 the other. As a handicapped it was a lot of trouble.

I have had my little robot helper for some time now and I still love it. I can be cleaning the kitchen or sitting in the computer and my Scarlet will be roaming around doing her thing. The battery life is about a solid 45 minutes. However, I would love if the battery life could be extended longer so that I could keep it running longer since my dogs shed all of the time. The vacuum is smart and it vacuums around items carefully. I am just happy that my floors are hair free without me having to vacuum manually every day. I would like to add that I live on the 2nd floor with bamboo floors and this vacuum makes less noise than a regular vacuum so I am sure my downstairs neighbor appreciates it! I personally do not use the "Juice" option, but I am a big fan of the "Go" & "Waffle" settings.

I have always had my eyes on this vacuum and I finally pulled the trigger. I have two dogs that shed a lot and this helps so much! This cordless vacuum is portable and convenient. The different attachments are also helpful for different situations. It’s very easy to disposable of the hair it sucks up. No tangles, no mess. It’s held up really well.

This thing is a workhorse. Cats have been breaking into my home by way of the doggie door. And they run rampant around the home. Smacking vases to the ground. Pushing object off counters. It’s like they don’t want us in our home. We decided to go all out and take a portion of our weekly Olive Garden budget into buying this beast. Unlimited bread sticks can wait if it means a clean home. Totally recommend this workhorse of a vaccum.

Purchased this for my Shark stick vacuum as I'm tired of my older Dysons breaking (and their warranty call center is slow and not helpful). Also purchased this for my LG OLED TVs as well. I'm not usually big on protection plans, but for certain items that I know can have a tendency to break, it's worth it to have that peace of mind knowing that you can return it for a replacement.

The Shark Matrix robot vacuum does a good job overall—it picks up a surprising amount of dog hair and keeps the main areas looking clean. However, despite the promise of “no spots left behind,” I’ve noticed it consistently misses around the edges of walls, furniture, and tight corners. For almost $400, I expected a more thorough clean, especially compared to a cheaper model I had before that seemed to cover those areas better. It’s not a bad vacuum by any means, but I’m not sure it’s worth the higher price tag.

When my item broke after manufacturer warranty, they replaced it at original purchase price with just one question...What is the error? I answered and within 3 minutes i had my instore credit to replace.

The best protection you could possibly own I would recommend this to every person who purchases an item

I love the 5 year warranty. It gives you a free replacement battery so it pays for itself with this feature alone. This warranty is a must have in my opinion.

I was surprised by the power. Haven't have it long but so far very happy. Easy to use. Very versatile. We cleaned couches, floors, cars and curtains. Only charged 1 time.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad warrantee as the TV is still under Manufacturers warrantee.

This is the best sweeper I have ever used. This protection plan ever. If it stop charging, or the belt breaks. Call the store and explain problem and you get a new one. If they are out of them, your service person will order you a new one and its shipped right to your house. Win win!
