My in-store appointment was prompt, and the agent quickly took my failing Roomba for service. Even better, when it was determined that the Roomba couldn't be repaired, they immediately issued me an in-store gift card for the full original purchase price. This excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Geek Squad for their efficient and helpful service.
