If you have to use their Geek Squad 2 year warranty it self deletes when you use it. So it is in fact not two years worth of warranty you're paying for but an until use policy. This is not laid out anywhere in the warranty agreement and is sprung on you when you have an issue with an item requiring it's use. I bought a Kurig Duo just 6 months ago along with 2 years of Geek Squad Warranty. I've had to return it due to it no longer working on Sep 1 of the same year. Now I'm told I must repurchase the warranty if I want the replacement unit covered. So not only was it an item that stopped working in just 6 months that was an expensive purchase but the expensive Geek Squad 2 year warranty is also now defunct. This on top of many other factors has made the decision for me that I will no longer be shopping at or with Best Buy. Poor service/phone support, not honoring your word/warranty for the term purchased and being far to political is not a good business policy IMHO.

They are very helpful with helping you get started and show how to use it.

Remember to buy the geek squad protection from Best Buy for every item you purchase from Best Buy purchasing a warranty makes it safer and it’s the best idea
