As a tech enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to experience the Geek Squad Protection Plan for a variety of electronic devices, and I'd like to share my thoughts on the service.

[Employee of bestbuy] This fan was a life savior. During the heatwave I got this as a last resort because I was lacking cash, and it helped me so much, I use it nonstop! Make sure to add that protection in case you kick it at night lol.

Excellent. Friendly, mannerly, and very knowledgeable.

The geek squad is actually very chill and very open to all questions. They also do remind you no question is a dumb question shout out to the Chicago Burbank. They always make it feel like home.

I purchased the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement Plan alongside a new electronic device, and it has given me great peace of mind. Knowing that my investment is protected from unexpected accidents makes this plan well worth the cost.

I always get an extended warranty on my electronics. Geek Squad is great “IF” you need them.

I have used geek squad replacement before. It is best to have a Protection to our products.

Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. Thank you and please keep up the good service…

So far so good. Hoping we won't ever need to use this replacement feature. Was skeptical that we'd have problems with the air purifier since I'd never had one. Well, this unit is incredible so far. Doubt we'll use this replacement option, but you can never be too careful.
