I am so grateful that I choose to purchase the accidental Geek replacement. It has given me peace of mind. They have followed up immediately for me to get started once I purchased it.

The Greek Squad team mounted the TV and did everything! In fact out front they mention if something is wrong with the product and take action to replace with the new one! They are super fast and very cooperative. We are completely satisfied and used their services almost 3?times in the last one year without any complaints.

Omg I love this! I’ve been wanting one of these for a while, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the money as soon as it went on sale I had to scoop it up. This holds up to its name blends well love the extra cups that comes with it. I haven’t used the food processor yet but I’m sure it’ll be amazing as well!

I got a good deal on a protection plan and they did amazing with my refurbished laptop

The Geek Squad provides excellent and immediate service. When my Instant Pot started having issues, the Geek Squad people gave me a new replacement immediately. There was no hassle of trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Plus, they are really nice people.

The geek squad replacement plan is very worth it. Instead of having to buy a new item when anything is wrong with my item I can just exchange it if I need to. Highly recommend!!

There is no way I would live without Best Buy’s insurance plan. They are the best of the best.

We love this blender! Blades are really sharp, blends in seconds, and the top pour spout is awesome. You can attach the cups and blend items right inside if you’re on the go. Typical blender noise, but nothing unusual - I actually think the noise is muffled compared to most others. Great gift for the wife, a husband into fitness, or elderly that needs processed food. Definitely worth the price, and we added the 2-year warranty as well and Still worth it!

It’s like any other insurance in your life. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Always a simple exchange, no warranty nonsense to navigate thru. All I have to do is bring the item back to Best Buy and get it replaced, easy and fast!

I have not used there service with my latest purchases but would recommend them every time. I used the service with a new computer that i purchased about 5 years ago. they came to my house and set everything up and installed and changed some of the settings that made it easy for me to use. I used there service again about 3 years ago when i purchased a new 60 inch tv and sound system. They hooked everything up, synced it all up to work together and showed me how to work everything. To me geek Squad is worth there weight in gold.

I love it. Best Buy is always been the best for me personally never have a problem with them or their service.

If I see a certain percentage of reviews for a small appliance or item mention early failure or breakage, I add this on. I've used it twice for hassle free replacement. I don't have experience with having Geek Squad try to repair an item like they would on a large appliance or major electronics so this review is on small items.
