Had our Breville for a little over a year now and so happy we purchased the protection plan. Got an error code on our machine, took it in, and they immediately sent a replacement.

I bought this for my ninja coffee maker i read great reviews about it so i bought it.I am lucky i haven't had any issue with my coffee maker so i didnot have to use it yet .

The Greek Squad team mounted the TV and did everything! In fact out front they mention if something is wrong with the product and take action to replace with the new one! They are super fast and very cooperative. We are completely satisfied and used their services almost 3?times in the last one year without any complaints.

Purchased in case something does happen with our purchase. We have purchased service contracts multiple times and glad we have.

Makes coffee as it should. Pretty straight forward as far as setting the clock and time. So far the hot plate has been pretty consistent at keeping the coffee hot, around 165 degrees. Coffee is easy to pour and the urn itself does not pour water all over the counter when filling the reservoir. I just use the basket it comes with, no filters. Does not have any beeps or bells to alert when coffee is finished marketing. It is very light weight. I have used mine for 30 days. It makes hot coffee and that is what it's import

Always add protection and it pays try it you will love it store credit is what you get for returns on warranty issues.

Geek squad has been a savior when it comes to my younger child's tablet. If it was not repairable geek squad did not try and sale me but offered to replace his tablet with a small up fee. Which was better than paying for a complete new one

Quick and easy process. They verified the issue and replaced it. Con: You'll have to purchase a new warranty to cover the replacement unit. Pro: you can skip weeks of waiting, without your product, if the issue is covered. That convenience is well worth the price of the original and the new warranty.

The geek squad service was great! It was good that I didn't have to use it but it does provide peace of mind if a device doesn't work as its supposed to.

This is my second kitchen aid food processor. The first one lasted 20 yrs. You just can't beat them. Works perfectly and makes cooking so much faster. I cook everyday from scratch. This is a must- have for a busy schedule. No more hand chopping to get your veggies in your diet!! Love it

Always get the warranty for expensive appliances and high-end things.

Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. If I see a certain percentage of reviews for a small appliance or item mention early failure or breakage, I add this on. I've used it twice for hassle free replacement. I don't have experience with having Geek Squad try to repair an item like they would on a large appliance or major electronics so this review is on small items.
