Even though the item I purchased was beyond the return date, I was given a Best Buy Store Credit for the full amount of the item that did not continue to work as stated. There was no problem, they were so nice about. I would not make a purchase without it.

We love this blender! Blades are really sharp, blends in seconds, and the top pour spout is awesome. You can attach the cups and blend items right inside if you’re on the go. Typical blender noise, but nothing unusual - I actually think the noise is muffled compared to most others. Great gift for the wife, a husband into fitness, or elderly that needs processed food. Definitely worth the price, and we added the 2-year warranty as well and Still worth it!
