I love geek squad service never had a problem with them they are fast and always fix things

So glad I bought the protection plan for my razor because it broke 2 months after purchase. I was able to get another one for .10 for the next protection plan since I hardly used it.

To be honest, I purchased the 2 year extended warranty for my product in hopes that one day (if I ever need it) I will be covered with issues on my product. I have yet to see the type of service and customer support I will receive from BestBuy, when the time comes, but I’ll keep you guys posted!

The best thing I’ve ever done is purchasing warranty on my coffee maker. My coffee maker stopped working took it in they traded it for a new one with no hesitation.

Favorite air fryer, this air fryer is the one that made me fall in love with air frying my food.

Woooow, am impressed. My Blender stopped working after one and half year, I returned it and got a full refund.

I must say, Geek Squad coverage is probably the only insurance worth purchasing for any small appliance. I personally get it with and item over $200 in value. I never have issues with best buy returns or exchanges during the coverage period.

The accidental service warranty is one tgat I have used many times and Best But allows us to use when and if needed! I would say that folks should buy it!

No questions asked replacement program? What’s not to like? Just spend the extra cash and get it because if you don’t you’re going to hate yourself much more than you are going to hate yourself for buyers remorse spending the extra money on getting it in additional to your expensive item.

What a company won't do for a customer! They provide great service, and the staff is accommodating. I wish other customer care entities could operate in this capacity.

I always purchase a warranty with anything that’s electrical it’s just a precaution you never know with the way. Things are made in today’s society. It’s a peace of mind and BEST BUY does honor it and you can exchange it for whatever you want and pay the difference if there is any.

Super easy and streamless, the nice gentleman was able to do a replacement within minutes and found a replacement for us. Will always be going to geek squad whenever needing help fixing an issue woth an item from best buy. THANK YOU!

Haven’t had to use it but warranty is need on everything electronic. I wouldn’t be caught without it

Always great service from the squad. Every time I have a an issue with any of my purchases Best Buy and geek squad always help out with no issues. Always good to return the product a few days before geek squad expires to get a newer product if not renewing your services

Works amazing. First use I thought it was broken or I was missing pieces because it wasn’t cutting the cans how I’m used to. It cuts them under the lid unnoticeable until you tilt it over to see if it’s actually working and it spills!
