I have always trusted the shark brand and this purifier works great, however after a little after a year some of the numbers have stopped lighting up. Hard to read what it says for filter life, % numbers, etc. as only part of the number lights up. The light for auto mode doesn’t light up at all.

I have never had to use it, I hope that when I use it they respond as they should.

Got one for me and my spouse. This is a great device and the attachments that came with his and mind we are able to share the brushes to ensure we both have greater success when using the them.

I always buy the insurance from geek squad, once I broke my device and they fixed it, then it broke again and I got a refurbished one then another product was discontinued so I still got the credit of the original value even almost two years later.

I bought a laptop from best buy and when the screen crack and I could no longer swipe my touch screen. Guess what? GEEK SQUAD fixed it and I was back in business. Geek Squad is a great investment.

The Geek Squad Warranty has saved me on 2 occasions recently on products that were both over a year old. Both being video game consoles and accessories. These get played hard and the warranty paid for itself when a problem happened. Glad I purchased it. No surprises.
