Fixed my computer issues. Dropped off computer for in store repair. They were quick and complete repair done and resolved computer problems.

We love the comfort we get from having warranties on our devices and appliances. We have not experienced any issues with returns or getting the help we need. I would highly recommend getting a warranty on your more expensive purchases.

I consider this pay service better than Lowe's and home depot.

I got this for a laptop I bought my brother. Recently the screen completely broke and although it took 3 weeks, they replaced the screen and fixed it with no problems. Will be sad when it runs out.

I have purchased this on some of my items and have used it. Replaced items with ease. Though it is unfortunate that I have to pay extra because it is such a hassle for the product companies and best buy to honor their warranties.

I got this on my coffee maker -- they have a tendency to die me every few years and Best Buy always replaces it.

I always get the Geek Squad Service, specially on high dollar end stuff. It's good to know Best Buy has my back when things break. Nothings ever perfect, even with new stuff. Never a problem with them. Good quality workmanship.
