Must have that GeekSquad replacement. Save us from having to rebuy our coffee machine. All we had to do is pick the same or sillies item and we just paid the price for the new replacement plan.

Like the replacement option but turkey enough that I can usually fix most things so don't need the geek squad however it is nice to just get a full brand new replacement if something goes wrong in the 2 years

Never leave Best Buy without it, I always buy Geek Squad protection with every purchase. Nothing better than having that Peace of Mind.

depending on what kind of coffee you use, it can be a useful thing, it can't be a real espresso machine, but for quick coffee it's ok, I've been using lavazza for years, but this machine doesn't have the same taste as a real espresso machine...

I always purchase extra protection for my Best Buy products. I feel at ease if I have to return or exchange an item due to breakage or malfunction. And if its a Geek Squad situation they are so patient.

I always get the Geek Squad insurance for expensive electronics because I just go to the store to replace it in the event that the item is malfunctioning without dealing with external 3rd party making the process longer.

Always great and either gets fixed or replaced. Patience is all you need if it has to be repaired and it will come back good as new.

I've had the 24-month Geek Squad Protection plan for a while now, and it has provided some peace of mind. knowing that the plan will be there when I'm ready to use it. It's nice to have that extra layer of support and assistance when needed.

warranty cover my air purifier when it stopped working and now I have a brand new one

I have not had to use this but its always nice to have just in case.

Cannot describe how fast, and good this product is. I would recommend it to anyone and would buy it again if needed.
