2 Year Insurance Coverage allows you to return the item if it stops working within the two year coverage.

The agents are very knowledgeable. They usually get the problem fixed right away. Doesn't take very long to get my product back, once they start working on it.

great to have accidentally plan ! Especially when you have 7 kids running around in the shoe house! Wife uses all the time so its bound to break sooner or later!
