I feel very lucky to have 2 years of accidental coverage even though, I haven’t had to put it to use but if I do I know that my laptop is covered.

Got it for peace of mind. Hopefully Best Buy will honor it (sure they will) when the time comes to use the warranty

Geek Squad's replacement deal is great. I have used it several times. This time they did not have a replacememt in stock so they sent it to our home for free.

I highly recommend geek squad protection plan great value and They stand behind it I bought a coffee maker had it for over a year the pump stopped working they replaced it
