I have used the replacement for my dot 3 times but the dot still quites on me.

The Geek Squad Accidental Replacement Service is a great investment to have in case you have any issues with your product(s). Make sure you read the user guide thoroughly BEFORE using. There are trouble shooting tips as well.

I Purchase the warranty on every item from Best Buy. Its worth the piece of mine for items with accidental, or even for tvs in the event a pixel goes out after the return date. Definitely worth the purchase for large appliances as fixes for refrigerators and washers can be costly.

The geek squad service was great! It was good that I didn't have to use it but it does provide peace of mind if a device doesn't work as its supposed to.

Purchased as an additional layer of insurance. I've had nothing but great service from Best Buy when I've had bad luck with products and needed to use this service for replacement in the past. Definitely worth every penny as manufactured products (especially those from China) are just not as durable as what we could have expected in the past.
