Warrantys to me are always worth especially if i had the item for a long time ill take that thing back and im able to exchange it for something else

Used this to replace a Macbook air case that broke. My experiences with phone cases and tablet cases lifetime hasn't been good so decided to purchase the extra warranty and it paid off this time. Always consider the quality, use, durability, and your ability to afford a replacement.

Just got an espresso machine and decided to get a warranty from geek squad. Im goad i did. No issues as of yet but i thought something was wrong with it and they had no issue helping me walking me throught the process and even offered to replace if it was too complicated for me.

I always purchase the Accidental Geek Squad Replacement for electronics and appliances. I have had two large priced items replaced at no cost under this warranty.

It is must when I buy any product from Best Buy to have geek squad protection and downloading on my product

This is very economical! Someone knocked over a 32 ounce water bottle into my son’s MacBook. The extensive repairs were covered in full. Then, he cracked the screen - totally covered. If you have kids, this is worth it.

Bought coverage for a small kitchen appliance. Developed issues but product had been discontinued by BB. Geek squad offered a replacement product. Easy claims process.

Totally recommend Geek Squad replacement. I purchased an Keurig coffee machine and it broke down after few months. With this warranty I was able to obtain a new Keurig coffee machine. I obtain this on most of my product I purchase - it is highly recommended.

I bought this replacement insurance on December 3rd 2020 haven't used the replacement insurance. the only reason I'm doing a review is because I like how easy it is to just purchased it and it automatically program set to your phone number. you don't have to activate it yourself

I got the replacement plan on an item. I made an appointment with the geek squad to have it fixed. When I got to the store, no hassle or anything, the geek squad redirected me to my service desk employee and I exchanged for a new item. Easy Peezy.

Agents were extremely helpful and informative. Warranties handled through them leave me at peace and encourages me to buy from Best Buy for all of my tech products.

If you purchase anything make sure you get a protection plan Best Buy has one of the best protection plans money can buy wouldn't recommend this for any product you buy from them great service

Geek squad insurance so far I am liking it but we'll see what happens in time but if your person like me that really likes to protect your products this is the way to go
