I recently had the pleasure of working with Geek Squad to install my new equipment. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining every step of the installation process in clear and concise terms. They were also very respectful of my home and worked diligently to minimize any disruption. The installation itself was flawless, and the equipment is now functioning perfectly. I'm particularly impressed. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone in need of. Their expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor make them a true asset to their company.

I have to say I normally am not the type of person to buy a warranty, but I decided to do that with a pretty expensive automatic espresso maker. I was at about 20 months and it stopped pumping water. I cleaned it up took it into the store and they exchanged it no problem and even gave me the latest upgrade to the same model for the same price. I would highly recommend getting this added to any purchase, accidents/malfunctions happen and this was absolutely no hassle!

Many things don’t last nowadays so it’s good to purchase a warranty beyond the manufacturer’s. The one provided by the Geek Squad is reasonably priced and easy to process a claim, if necessary.

The installation of the new LG washtower went smoothly, but within days the dryer displayed an error message about inadequate air flow from the dryer. The Geek Squad repair person dutifully showed up and confirmed that the problem with airflow is not from Best Buy’s installation but in the vent at the outflow. Thanks for clarifying that! All systems are “go” now.

I don't know what I would do without the extended warranty or The geek squad truly appreciate it it is very very easy and is extremely inexpensive no hassle no problem new machine refund whatever your deal is but hassle-free I totally recommend buying the extended warranty you'll be sorry if you don't trust me it'll come in handy one never knows what happens tomorrow or a year from now I hope this helps

Like my title says, this is a MUST HAVE if you want to have peace of mind when buying a product not knowing when it will break on you. I purchased this warranty for a $200.00 percussion massager tool from sharper image and the machine broke on day 16 which was 1 day before its return period. I am so glad that i purchase this warranty because without it i would be out of $200+ dollars. When i returned the item as a warranty replacement i was given a store giftcard with the amount of the item including tax minus the purchase of the warranty, this allowed me to select another percussion massager and also purchased the bestbuy yearly membership plus to get access to 60 days return plus additional perks of getting certain items on sale specifically for members only. Again if you want to have peace of mind on a purchase, from one real customer to another, please consider getting this warranty. You may end up needing it when you least expect it.

I've never had another blender and held off buying a Vitamix for years because I didn't think I needed it and of course...the price. But, with a family now and an interest in making healthier snacks, drinks, and baby food, I went for it using a Best Buy card with special financing. I am so glad I did!!!! I initially purchased the more expensive pro series, but exchanged it for this one and I couldn't be happier. I love the attachments for this blender, which make it the best option for what I intend to use it for. Right now, I mostly make baby food with it and the little bowls are the best for making small portions. The timer function is also a huge plus because it does make it easier to know the status of programmed cycles (I'm impatient) so I won't end it early. The ability to see how long you are running something is also beneficial. I have made peanut butter in just over a minute using the program and peanuts. One negative thing is that there is a rubber mat on the top of the blender that doesn't stay flush and makes it look kinda cheap to me. It doesn't affect the performance, but I don't like the look of it. For those that have a trouble connecting, I noticed that it won't connect if the seal isn't tight. Usually a slight turn to tighten it on the blender works and it connects fine. If you're gonna spend the money, just get this one! 1. Good variety of attachments (Cups, bowls, food processor) 2. Attachments make blending a variety of foods for various recipes very easy 3. Superior blending. Why keep buying other blenders and upgrading? 2 - 3 blenders over a few years at $250 equates to the same thing as buying this... and this one would still be under manufacturer's warranty.

So for the replacements I highly recommend you purchase this. Compared to Walmarts warranty Best Buy’s is hassle free. We have an ice maker that just stopped working and they gave us a gift card to get another one because they couldn’t fix it which of course we did. Def recommend getting it because you never know what will happen.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my fiance. They're extremely happy and I'm satisfied that it came with the protection warranty!

The best insurance they actually do what is promised. Never had a problem getting it repaired or replaced. There is not a product I buy that I don't get the insurance.

Todays electronics are generally not designed to last for decades or even a couple of years for some products, therefore it is a great idea to buy Geek Squad Protection.

Pretty great!. Digital User interface is intuitive and the dual cook works great for my steaks! Consistent temps and a cook book to boot. No regrets.
