The coffee grinder already stopped working in less than 45 days from owning the espresso machine

Paid for it but was unable to find receipt, but it appears that Best Buy had it and I should have just brought it back.

What a piece of junk!! Didn't even turn on. Threw it away when best buy wouldn't take it back. Don't buy it.

I will like to cancel it because I don't is important

I order this product online , and waiting for delivery to my home the next day , Surprise !!, Best buy send to me from nowhere, , and the next step is wait for about 1 week.

The edger didn’t cut hair and stoped working. I took it in for the geek squad need my money back

Just used twice and today I tried to use this again there is no power absolutely garbage and wasted of money.

This deep fryer is not worth the money. It cuts off in the middle of you cooking your food. I would recommend this item to no one

Blenders are cheap. We took one back and second just broke so now need to drive to a store and get a third one. Very dissatisfied.

They charge for two years but then they say that one has not paid and has to pay again

Basically it’s a personal fan. Im really disappointed in the return time. Its 20 days. I kept in the box for a while a while and now I cannot return it.

Have not had to use my protection yet but I’m very sure they will do a great job if I ever need them. Everyone I’ve ever came into contact with through BEST BUY HAS BEEN VERY VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

I only needed this for 1 thing nesr the end of my year and was told that the repair was not covered and had to pay. Even with paying for the issue it was not fixable.

I have had to replace it 3 time. Insurance is God, but the product is poor.

These plans rarely are worth it. Furthermore, the terms and conditions are unnecessarily convoluted.

There’s no point in having protection on something that I don’t own.

About three weeks after I bought this the handle completely broke off. And now this model has just recently been recalled.

Short lived slicer ! I just used it once for Christmas, didn't I didn't work until I used it again last week
