I purchase this security system for my aunt and her sickly dog that she could monitor while at work,also bevause of her safety at night.This was one of my best purchases ever It was easy to i stalled and easy to use..I have no complaints

Always get the protection plan on anything I get. I just think it’s a good idea to be safe.

I normally do not buy warrenties for small appliances.

Bought for an oven roaster which broke about a year after purchase for no reason, just suddenly stopped working and was able to get a full refund, the prices went up so it was hard to get similar priced oven but refund is better than nothing

It’s was great and the return and replacement was so easy and no back and forth either

Its magnific service I can used and received new machine.

Getting a 2-year warranty for this price was amazing. I hope I don't need to use it but I feel so much better about my purchase because I have it. I used it for a cooking appliance because, unlike a computer or phone, it's very basic it usually just needs to heat and will not receive software updates. It just makes sense to buy the warranty.

Have not used the warranty yet, once I use this product, I will have a comment to share with other consumers.

Had our Breville for a little over a year now and so happy we purchased the protection plan. Got an error code on our machine, took it in, and they immediately sent a replacement.

I didn’t use this one but I have used it in the past. It is worth it.

It hasn't arrived yet, but I bought one elsewhere before and it was quick and easy to use.

I bought this for my ninja coffee maker i read great reviews about it so i bought it.I am lucky i haven't had any issue with my coffee maker so i didnot have to use it yet .

We had a large tv from Best Buy with Geek Squad service and when it needed service, the technician came to the house and checked it. The first service call was prompt and he brought one board with him based on our problem description, but we had to wait a week for the other board needed. They did fix the tv in home and other than the delay everything was very easy with the process.

Geek squad services are great and helpfully they are fast and very pleasant

I never make a purchase without it. Great service and value.
