Haven’t had to use yet so I can’t tell you how easy or worth the money

I like the peace of mind that the extended warranty gives.

I had 2 geeks squads install 2 different TV’s the first crew didn’t do a good job at all rushed the job didn’t show me how to use the tv and didn’t connect to my WiFi. The second crew was amazing and so patient and helpful set up all my Chanel’s and accounts!

First time I’ve actually have had an issue at Best Buy. The manager at the first and main store in Colorado Springs was extremely rude, I had a protection plan and brought my item in. They held it for 3 weeks, it wasn’t until I came in to check on the status and she tried to bone us for holding it up and not shipping it out. She tried to act like she was doing is a huge favor by ordering a new dyson blow dryer after they threw away all the accessories, so it couldn’t be sent back. The attitude and the rudeness was not needed for this transaction, things happen and I u sweat and so it wasn’t like it was the end of the world but her attitude makes me never want to go back to Best Buy.

Good to know my tv will be replaced if it’s damaged over the next two years
