The insurance is great to have I broke my coffee glass portion and could find a replacement for it so I took the coffee machine back to best buy they replace my machine. I'm happy that I had the ins. I didn't have wait for the warranty to replace it.

I always get Geek Squad because Best Buy in my opinion has the best customer service and technical help when it comes to any device. It’s a no brained! Having Geek Squad has saved me EVERY TIME. I’ll always get it!

I rated this product 4 stars because the item work well on natural / permed thick hair, but not so well on synthetic wigs. The temperature get hot really fast, but the smell it leaves behind is not so pleasant - it smells like burnt plastic.

I always get geek squad service when available. They are very knowledgeable. If I have a problem I can call and get answers. They can usually walk me through the problem and fix it. Or I can bring the product in, get it fix or replaced at no charge. No hassle.

Glad I purchased the warranty. I dropped the lid and cracked. Returned items with no issues and was replaced within a couple of days. Strongly encourage others to purchase

The agents helped set up my electronics and fix my electronics when needed. The agents had pretty good customer service but could've been better. Everytime I go, I always have to repeat myself but at the end of the day they do what I ask.

Low cost replacement plan. I have not yet had the need to use this but I am pleased to have this extra protection on the air fryer that it covers. I am very pleased with the air fryer and glad to have peace of mind that I will have it for some time to come.

Had issue with my granddaughter laptop and took it to Geek Squad, dropped it off in no time and was on my way. It was back when they promise and it works great. Customer service was great, appointment was on time and the techs were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad service for my mixer (and hopefully won’t have too), but I’m happy that I have it in case any thing occurs threw out the year. I love how easy it will be to bring it in and have it tended too.

Nice product. It's super easy and convenient to use. Geek Squad Warranty makes it even better if the product gets damages.
