I love Ninja products. Unfortunately my blender, which I use every morning for smoothies, vibrates so bad that the little plastic pieces on the small blender bottles are actually damaged by the blender base as I use it. One of my bottles has no way to lock it in. The other one got stuck this morning, and it took me 10 minutes to finally get it to release. I have a Ninja Foodie Pressure cooker and air fryer,and also purchased them as gifts twice. I'm very disappointed in my blender, but i think im going to have to try a different brand.

Best thing to have for any thing you bought in case of any damage.

The name speaks for itself. NINJA, it gets a fresh juice is seconds. I love the filtration system, it keeps the freshness and sweetness of the fruit.

This coffee maker is pretty good. The coffee it produces is wonderful. A bit strong even on the lightest settings. But the taste makes up for it. I gave this 4 stars considering the cleanup and mess it creates..

I got this air fryer in Nov 2022 and it stopped working randomly. I brought it in today and I got a full replacement on it. Great service !

I brought back my Kitchen aid stand mixer to have it serviced. I had purchased a 2-year Geek Squad warranty and the power switch was only working 50% of the time. I was told to return it for store credit or exchange as they do not fix or service the small appliance. I went to the Best Buy store and attempted to exchange, as I was told I would only receive a store credit of $250 or so for the mixer, which now costs $450. I opted for the exchange since it would not cover purchasing a new mixer and they were not willing to fix my old one. The mixer I purchased, the exact model number, was no longer available, they had since released a newer version since it had been just under 2 years. When I selected the mixer I wanted to exchange, I was told that the system would not let them override the price difference and that I would have to pay the difference. I was not okay with that since I was told the option of repair was not an option. Exchange should be for the same or newer regardless of the unavailability or no longer made models. After 20 minutes the department manager, who was kind and understanding, figured out a way to make it work. I then asked to purchase a 2-year warranty on the new mixer. He obliged and I was able to purchase the 2-year warranty for the new mixer, unfortunately, I was told it would only cover the cost of the original mixer ($250) if something went wrong and I had to exchange it again. This does not seem fair or right. I am not happy with the thought of the mixer breaking and having to go through the same process again.

Best investment ever. The espresso machine is amazing and we don’t have to go to a store to purchase espresso coffee anymore. Love it.

The model I purchased was expensive; I’m grateful a warranty was offered.

Keeps your brewed coffee all day and night and always gives you good tasting coffee that is super hot !!

The fan is great, my air definitely is cleaner, I love that it rotates, the magnetized remote is amazing, and the size is so sleek. It fits everywhere.

Helps me breathe and stay warm, with many metrics included
