I love this cooling purifying air fan, it's quiet and effective and cleans the air, we have 2 of these, one for each bedroom. They're awesome!

I've had this air purifier for a good amount of time and I am super happy. Easy maintenance, great quality as I've had no problems! Would buy again... In fact, I bought my mom one also and she loves hers too!! (& she's picky lol)

Initially I did not believe in paying extra for extended warranty. However, when my tea maker stopped working in less than 13 months I regretted for not buying the extra warranty. I certainly did for the replacement one.

Got this for my heater and they replaced it no hassle!

What a company won't do for a customer! They provide great service, and the staff is accommodating. I wish other customer care entities could operate in this capacity.

[Employee of bestbuy] Getting protection of all your items is a must is basically paying half the price for a new one when you bring it back or malfunctions I would recommend everyone get protection on their items

The accidental service warranty is one tgat I have used many times and Best But allows us to use when and if needed! I would say that folks should buy it!

Great service and got me all set up. Took my new coffee pot home and it made delicious coffee the best morning. Best Buy employees are always helpful in helping me pick a good product.

This machine is a great machine. My wife gives it a 9 out of 10. Her complaints are sometimes the pods don't eject out properly and it's kind of noisy. Our other machine was a Keurig. For espresso purposes this is on a higher level than the kureg.

LOVE this thing - output is SO much better than what I'd been getting w/ my other machine...
