Best Buy's insurance plans are always the best because they cover you in case you have any problems.

I have to say I normally am not the type of person to buy a warranty, but I decided to do that with a pretty expensive automatic espresso maker. I was at about 20 months and it stopped pumping water. I cleaned it up took it into the store and they exchanged it no problem and even gave me the latest upgrade to the same model for the same price. I would highly recommend getting this added to any purchase, accidents/malfunctions happen and this was absolutely no hassle!

I've never had to use the Geek Squad protection but it's great to have just incass you need it.

The installation of the new LG washtower went smoothly, but within days the dryer displayed an error message about inadequate air flow from the dryer. The Geek Squad repair person dutifully showed up and confirmed that the problem with airflow is not from Best Buy’s installation but in the vent at the outflow. Thanks for clarifying that! All systems are “go” now.

I don't know what I would do without the extended warranty or The geek squad truly appreciate it it is very very easy and is extremely inexpensive no hassle no problem new machine refund whatever your deal is but hassle-free I totally recommend buying the extended warranty you'll be sorry if you don't trust me it'll come in handy one never knows what happens tomorrow or a year from now I hope this helps

So for the replacements I highly recommend you purchase this. Compared to Walmarts warranty Best Buy’s is hassle free. We have an ice maker that just stopped working and they gave us a gift card to get another one because they couldn’t fix it which of course we did. Def recommend getting it because you never know what will happen.

I habe had to use this service one time, a couple years ago! The staff at est buy were very helpful then abd still are.
