Although ive only used this service to replace items the geek squad emplyees are always extremely helpful and in good spirit

So worth it definitely if you have kids helps in the cost of accidents

Just buy the warranty. It’s honestly peace of mind if your product dies and you won’t have to contact the manufacturer for repairs or troubleshooting. Replacements are no questions asked and less complicated.

I just recently bought a laptop so I got the geek squad package if anything happened, They stick to their word when they say they will take care of you ife the laptop breaks.

Been helpful as best as they can. I’ve had hiccups here and there where they couldn’t fix my laptop in the past, even though I made multiple trips, they ended up replacing it completely for me. Downside was probably me having to pay a difference.

I need that extra warranty. If something happens to the elements or whatever I like to be covered

Always get the protection plan - Geek Squad really does their best to assist and fix any issue. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and I am very very happy that I got the protection plan.

Hands down it just makes sense to get a replacement on a purchase. You just don't know when something could happen. The price is reasonable, The Geek people are super nice and helpful so I always get it.

They replaced my iPhone with no problem and I didn’t have to wait very long. They diagnosed the problem, which couldn’t be repaired and replaced with a new phone right away.

Always great to have, I've used my Accidental handling a handful of times and it's so nice not to worry about my products because Best Buy will ALWAYS replace it within reason!
