I have used the replacement for my dot 3 times but the dot still quites on me.

Used this service on my last Keurig without any hassle. The newer unit was more expensive so I just payed the balance. Recommended!

So far so good. Hoping we won't ever need to use this replacement feature. Was skeptical that we'd have problems with the air purifier since I'd never had one. Well, this unit is incredible so far. Doubt we'll use this replacement option, but you can never be too careful.

I have not had to use the squad yet but I am truly glad to know that all I have to do is make a appointment to get service , or come in store

Worth the purchase. The people working for Geek Squad are excellent at setting up your TV and mounting it to the wall. They also setup my receiver, DVD player. Programed my universal remote and took the time to explain how to use everything. The last time the tech was at my home he connected my new modem. He did all the communicating with Cox tech support. Then he set up my new mesh router. Worth the purchase big-time!

Good value for the price to give you peace of mind should anything go wrong with the item.

These guys are very awesome. I love Best Buy. It’s a no nonsense situation almost always go in a handle your business you do it you cut it do you wait around a bit and then you go and I’ve been happy 99% of the time can’t beat that and when buying a cup of coffee, pots and vacuums along the way or something happened to them I could just walk in and get another one or have another one sent right out to me because geek squad rocks

As a tech enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to experience the Geek Squad Protection Plan for a variety of electronic devices, and I'd like to share my thoughts on the service.

The Geek Squad provides excellent and immediate service. When my Instant Pot started having issues, the Geek Squad people gave me a new replacement immediately. There was no hassle of trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Plus, they are really nice people.

The agents are readily available and I know this because I used it for my Air Fryer that gave up on me and they happily replaced it for me since it was unfixable.

Have not used the warranty yet, once I use this product, I will have a comment to share with other consumers.

So far so good! Received this as a gift for Christmas from my husband and kiddos and so far, it has not disappointed! My last air fryer only lasted about 4 months before it completely stopped working. However, this one has worked great! No complaints.

The razor is brand new so I have not had to use the extended warranty yet. But have had to in the past on another item and it was easy and carefree.
