I bought a Philips Espresso machine expecting a good quality espresso, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The coffee comes out weak and watery, lacking body and strong aroma. Even after trying different settings and coffee beans, the result is still disappointing. The machine works and looks fine, but the espresso quality is far from what you would expect from a brand like Philips. Overall, it makes coffee that is just “okay” at best, not a real espresso. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a rich and authentic coffee experience.

I purchased this protection plan to cover a blender. The blender was purchased as a housewarming gift and I wanted to make sure that any issues would be covered. The blender was a great value and so was the protection plan. The blender is only two months old, and there has been no need to avail of the protection plan, but I'm glad I purchased it...just in case.

This machine is a great machine. My wife gives it a 9 out of 10. Her complaints are sometimes the pods don't eject out properly and it's kind of noisy. Our other machine was a Keurig. For espresso purposes this is on a higher level than the kureg.

I love Best Buy’s warranty. I had an occurrence when I pulled the handle off my 8 Quart Air Fryer somehow and all I had to do was exchange the one I was previously using. It was just that simple. I even bought in the handle and was told that I could have thrown it away.

I purchased Best Buy's GSP for my Hamilton Beach 4.5 QT Digital Multi Cooker which was a gift for my fiance. You can't go wrong purchasing an extended warranty such as the GSP on any kitchen appliance.

I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the extended warranty when the young man brought my order out. I have never had any Best Buy employee offer a warranty while delivering my order to my vehicle. I appreciate it very much, and I am hoping I won't need it, although it is a great deal. I always get the protection plan it is the best investment i can get instead of replacing the whole item i get credit and get another one and just replace the warranty instead of spending hundreds every time I’m spending a few dollars to kee the quality unless i change my mind then i can always get store credit and buy something else and start all over again
