I have a few of these items. Had them for a few years now. All of them still work properly and havent had any issues what so ever. Best infestment thus far. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service. Unfortunately my TV couldn’t be fixed but they replaced it with no hassle.

I have used Geek Squad for multiple items I have ordered in the past. But I Should've used this for a better and more improved air purifier. I wish they had something for filter replacements. Im going to have to go through the manufacturer LEVOIT for those filters that are ok in price.

I am very thankful with Best Buy because every time I have an issue with any purchase there not questions ask I return and exchange for something else.

I always buy at least the two year protection plan. I have used to two many times over the last few years because they just don’t make products like they used too. To keep the price down they will used less costly parts. The good news is that most electronics cost way less than they used to. But buy a plan to play it safe.

This product is excellent. Its large and looks beautiful. It cooks perfectly. It cooks your meats, veggies and sea food perfectly. The beats otjer more expensive than this. Highly recomended.

Will be easy to get a replacement for this or a refund

The geek squad service is a must. It gives me such ease of mind knowing that if something is wrong I can get it fixed by knowledgeable people.

Honestly, I'm so grateful for this service. Everytime my machine broke, I was able to get it repaired or replaced

My TV stopped giving me a clear scree with my TV. It had shadows on my screen. I brought it in and they replaced it. I brought in my computer and had to have the hard drive replaced . They checked it over and replace it. They also put webroot on my computer and replaced the micro soft app I had installed in old hard drive.

Buy the extended warranty!!! Don’t be one of these dummies who complain that they bought something and then didn’t like it and couldn’t return it… well don’t be a cheapskate and just pay a little extra for the added peace of mind in case you do have to return or exchange.

Very affordable price for a 2-year plan. I haven't had to use it, but me and other family members use geek squad and they are always excellent service and exceptionally nice people

I mean what else can you say about a free replacement? 5 stars baby
