Geek squad is good to have when you have a product that needs repair from accidents and other reasons. I bought a laptop from best buy and when the screen crack and I could no longer swipe my touch screen. Guess what? GEEK SQUAD fixed it and I was back in business. Geek Squad is a great investment.

I always buy the insurance from geek squad, once I broke my device and they fixed it, then it broke again and I got a refurbished one then another product was discontinued so I still got the credit of the original value even almost two years later.

Any "big" purchase or what I would consider something that could possibly "fail" during its service use, I always purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad Replacement warranty. I've used this warranty several times on my several of my products covered by it and never had any issues...I highly recommend it.

Great machine! You have to play with the settings in-order to make a good espresso- which took me a minute. But once everything is set up, you’ll make the best coffee drink!

Geek squad is reliable! Will fix and will complete your issues, but be aware they will call you so make sure you answer!

While I haven’t had to utilize the warranty yet, the other devices I have had warranties on with Geek Squad have always been honored. In fact, this warranty is being added to a printer that was replaced under a warranty - no problems. While HP had quit making our model, we upgraded for a few dollars more.

Things break from time to time or just do not make the grade with workmanship. In times of need it is always a great choice to get the Geek Squad service. You can always count on BestBuy when it comes to service and customer support especially if you have this added protection to back you up. Recommended highly!!

I’ve use this often on over the years for products that I question their reliability on. It has not let me down and have used it for cell phones kitchen appliances and computers. I have definitely been able to make this service worth my wild every time I bought it.

We really like it. This is a very versatile appliance. Really great for making toast, baking a pizza, chicken wings, etc. It also flips up to free up counter space. Also much more energy efficient than heating up a large oven.

I would definitely recommend to purchase the replacement protection plan, now that I have purchased several items from Best Buy I have notice how by having peace of mind it allows me to enjoy more of the things I buy and worry less on the what if’s.

The Bad is that sometimes making a Claim with Geek Squad Protection can take some time on the phone. (20 minutes?) The Good is that when I've made claims with Geek Squad, as long as within warranty terms, they have always supported the plan, and repaired or replaced items for me.

I also purchased this additional protection ive not used it yet but i put this on all my items because theyve been very awesome in the pass when needed .

I always buy the protection plan just in case. Filing a claim is quick and simple.

Haven't had to use it but it definitely was good value.
