Does everything almost, very high quality made, a bit loud, but it has 3 zones, so kinda has to make some noise. Well worth it though!

Had to use the geek squad warranty a couple of times over the years and I've never had a problem they replaced or repaired the product with no problem. It is well worth the cost witch is a decent price. It's one of the things you buy but hope you don't need.

The insurance is great to have I broke my coffee glass portion and could find a replacement for it so I took the coffee machine back to best buy they replace my machine. I'm happy that I had the ins. I didn't have wait for the warranty to replace it.

Gave me a new one took 5 minutes to walk out the same day had to pay for nothing!

So I bought this for a Chefman air fryer I bought for a friend’s family. I haven’t had a chance to use this because the product has been performing great, but it gives everyone a sense of ease that if anything happens that Best Buy will replace the product.

I always buy the extra protection. I rarely ever need it….. but the times that I have, I’m really pays for itself

I always loved geek squad coverage, the ease of getting your product fixed and/or replaced, is so much better then having to go through a warranty department with the manufacturer.

Is the best coffee machine’s I love it had the milk and the coffee is very strong

Refunded by Kelsey at BestBuy (Asheville) when I was simply EXCHANGING the air fryer that I bought it for. I DID NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN! Best Buy goofed up and refunded our GeekSquad protection. I did not want that because we were just doing an exchange. We called the store, on the way back home, upon seeing the error but alI you get is a national agent. The promised call from the store "in a couple of minutes" never happened and we even delayed the drive home by stopping a couple of places. That was on July 7 and here it is 2 weeks later and no call, even after answering 3 surveys and calling on the phone, as well. I really wanted the Geek Squad Protection because as of tomorrow I will be returning this 2nd Chefman to get a 3rd one, so it looks like I might really need the protection in the future.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad service for my mixer (and hopefully won’t have too), but I’m happy that I have it in case any thing occurs threw out the year. I love how easy it will be to bring it in and have it tended too.

The agents helped set up my electronics and fix my electronics when needed. The agents had pretty good customer service but could've been better. Everytime I go, I always have to repeat myself but at the end of the day they do what I ask.

Thank god I haven't had the need to use it but it offers really good help. Worth if if you're buying something fragile or expensive.
