I purchase the Geek Squad replacement on most of my appliances. I totally recommend it. If you have questions on the product or need repair and if they can not repair it - they replace it with a new product. It is highly recommended.

First time buying a warranty. It was at a good price and I decided to buy it. I would recommend getting a warranty if the cost is reasonable.

Glad I got it. Product failed and geek squad rescued me. Guess it happens sometimes the product I purchased was a good product. That being said it is still made by people and stuff happens. Geek squad keeps its promises that is for sure.

I usually get the Geek Squad service because the product it probably be fine but in case something goes wrong with it, it is much easier to take it to Best Buy to get it fixed or replaced, I hope I do not need it but just in case I know I am covered.

Thank goodness for my 2 year replacement warranty. Small issue with my espresso machine leaking. Glad I bought the warranty! I can sit comfortably drinking my espresso knowing I have a 2 year warranty!

It worked wonderfully for almost a month, then just stopped working. I'm taking it back tomorrow, seeing as how I paid extra for a 2 year protection plan. Hopefully that goes wonderful as well.

Good for peace of mind. Recommended for big ticket items.
