This is the one extended warranty that we've had that has been simple to use. We had one machine fail, brought it in, they replaced it. Will definitely get for complex or pricey equipment.

I haven't had to use this plan yet, but i have used the plan in the past for a different item and they replaced the item!

I haven't had the need to use this, but I relocate across the country due to my work. So I'm glad to have the replacement plan in place.

I don't always buy Geek Squad replacement contracts based on what technology I'm getting and expected lifespan. In this case, I think the price is great insurance against any issues down the road.
