I purchased this Geek Squad accidental replacement policy for peace of mind. I'd like to be able to deal with my local store for replacement rather than the manufacturer if the need arises.

I bought a Philips Espresso machine expecting a good quality espresso, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The coffee comes out weak and watery, lacking body and strong aroma. Even after trying different settings and coffee beans, the result is still disappointing. The machine works and looks fine, but the espresso quality is far from what you would expect from a brand like Philips. Overall, it makes coffee that is just “okay” at best, not a real espresso. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a rich and authentic coffee experience.
