Given the early failure on the first K-Supreme coffee maker, I decided to purchase the extended warranty from BestBuy. I normally buy quality products from name brand manufacturers and don't feel it's necessary to purchase an extended warranty. However, when I took the failed unit back, this time I did.

This is always a great buy. I never have to worry about things breaking. Great customer service.

I always pay for insurance on big items and electrical items because sometimes they malfunction, and with insurance geek squad doesn’t hesitate to fix or replace your product without the hassle.
