Like my title says, this is a MUST HAVE if you want to have peace of mind when buying a product not knowing when it will break on you. I purchased this warranty for a $200.00 percussion massager tool from sharper image and the machine broke on day 16 which was 1 day before its return period. I am so glad that i purchase this warranty because without it i would be out of $200+ dollars. When i returned the item as a warranty replacement i was given a store giftcard with the amount of the item including tax minus the purchase of the warranty, this allowed me to select another percussion massager and also purchased the bestbuy yearly membership plus to get access to 60 days return plus additional perks of getting certain items on sale specifically for members only. Again if you want to have peace of mind on a purchase, from one real customer to another, please consider getting this warranty. You may end up needing it when you least expect it.

Great customer service and great price for the amount if support you receive as a customer.

So far its already paid for itself. If you buy more than 4 things at Best Buy in a year, its worth the money to cover everything.

Whenever I had issues with my products I was always able return or exchange my product. Just people need understand its a one time use product so it not a 2yr or 4yr long protection it more a warranty you pay for incase your product gets damaged. Rather deal with company returns and warranty its through BestBuy which has been great service product.

Great coffee machine, delivers a far better coffee than you would buy anywhere out of home. That said I do wish it was a little less expensive. We have also noticed the smaller parts tend to stop working. Otherwise a fantastic machine!

I've never had another blender and held off buying a Vitamix for years because I didn't think I needed it and of course...the price. But, with a family now and an interest in making healthier snacks, drinks, and baby food, I went for it using a Best Buy card with special financing. I am so glad I did!!!! I initially purchased the more expensive pro series, but exchanged it for this one and I couldn't be happier. I love the attachments for this blender, which make it the best option for what I intend to use it for. Right now, I mostly make baby food with it and the little bowls are the best for making small portions. The timer function is also a huge plus because it does make it easier to know the status of programmed cycles (I'm impatient) so I won't end it early. The ability to see how long you are running something is also beneficial. I have made peanut butter in just over a minute using the program and peanuts. One negative thing is that there is a rubber mat on the top of the blender that doesn't stay flush and makes it look kinda cheap to me. It doesn't affect the performance, but I don't like the look of it. For those that have a trouble connecting, I noticed that it won't connect if the seal isn't tight. Usually a slight turn to tighten it on the blender works and it connects fine. If you're gonna spend the money, just get this one! 1. Good variety of attachments (Cups, bowls, food processor) 2. Attachments make blending a variety of foods for various recipes very easy 3. Superior blending. Why keep buying other blenders and upgrading? 2 - 3 blenders over a few years at $250 equates to the same thing as buying this... and this one would still be under manufacturer's warranty.

I've had to use my warranty twice on 2 different products no original packaging needed. Just scheduled or walk up for either a refund or a straight replacement. You can also do it by mail. The whole process was quick and easy.

If anything goes wrong i know im covered and at the price its absolutely worth it.

When I need something to fix they answer right away

Got the protection plan on my kitchen aid mixer. Never know when you might need it repaired or replaced. Good value and worth the money
