    The insurance stinks. The refrigerator died 2 weeks after the site survey was finally done, The Geek Squad took 11 months to come and the refrigerator didn't even last 10 years. The extended warranty ran out a year earlier and I couldn't afford to pay for it again. It's horrible.

    Love Best Buy protection plans they offer a great price for it as well and if they don’t have the exact replacement they upgrade u to the next best item

    Sit on hold for hours. Transferred a lot. When you get the right person and get a tech it is worth it. They try to be fast.
