I’ve bought a few Norelco razors from Best Buy over the years and have purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad extended warranty with each razor I get. I’ve had to use this warranty more than once and I’ve never had any issues replacing the razor with an equivalent one (or same model if still in production) and just pay the cost of the warranty again to insure the new razor. Norelco razors don’t seem to last for more than about 12-18 months so it’s definitely worth paying a few dollars more to get the warranty for peace of mind and convenience.

This is well worth it, coffee pot quit on me, gave me another replacement, simple as that

Not much to say except for I always leave the store happy. The option to exchange for best buy credit makes it easy to upgrade to a newer version of whatever you have, for a little extra cost (as long as your device is broken) Some employees can be a little rude, but to be fair, customer service isn't an easy job, so I don't mind it at all.

I purchased the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement Plan alongside a new electronic device, and it has given me great peace of mind. Knowing that my investment is protected from unexpected accidents makes this plan well worth the cost.

Glad I had this on a Keurig Slim coffee maker. Actually had two of these coffee makers. First one died after 30 days and Best Buy replaced it under their standard return policy. Bought the Geek Squad protection plan on the second one. Glad I had it since the second coffee maker smoked after 6 months. Thought it was steam from the coffee until the tell-tale smell of burnt electronics. Returned it and got a gift card as a replacement. I think I'm done with Keurig coffee makers.

I always purchase the warranty whenever I buy a pricey electronic device. It is a MUST. I have never had an issue with warranty and they make it so easy for you.

Why wouldn't you get warranty on something so nice and or expensive? I've always had it for multiple things, it definitely helps when something so expensive stops working

Depending on the product, this can be a really good deal. I especially recommend this for things that are active and could easily get damaged/worn down over time. This replacement service has benefitted me numerous times in the past.

I didn’t use this one but I have used it in the past. It is worth it.

I bought the 2 year geek squad replacement warrant on an air fryer I bought. When my product broke, I contacted geek squad to see if my warrant would cover it and I had no problem getting a replacement. All I had to do was come into the store with the product, tell them the issue I had with the product and show them my warrant on my Best Buy account and the same day I was able to get a replacement! I was so surprised by the quick service I received. I really recommend getting the 2 year warranty!

Never had to use it thank heavens but had the plan just in case for the money I invested.

I doubt I'll need to use this. It gives me peace of mind knowing if there is a problem I can easily get a replacement during the warranty protection period.
