The Greek Squad team mounted the TV and did everything! In fact out front they mention if something is wrong with the product and take action to replace with the new one! They are super fast and very cooperative. We are completely satisfied and used their services almost 3?times in the last one year without any complaints.

Always a simple exchange, no warranty nonsense to navigate thru. All I have to do is bring the item back to Best Buy and get it replaced, easy and fast!

I dont Usually purchase the extra Protection it usually seems To run along with same lines as the warranty and I already get extra warranty using my visa BUT...none of that covers "Accidental"! Absolute must have for me You be out of your mind not to get it My son just purchased the new Xbox one s Series Best Buy has been out of it So he wanted to go to Target but I made him wait and hunt page for it to come back in stock Just so He could get The geek squad protection and he only had to wait 2 days and got it cheaper

Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. I normally do not buy warrenties for small appliances.

I love this juicer! Looks intimidating to get started. Super easy to use and clean. I spend maybe 10 minutes total getting my ingredients ready, feeding them through the juicer, clean up, and washing components. Pricey, but would buy again.

Only had to use it once, but it gave me a quick turnaround time and excellent service!

Makes coffee as it should. Pretty straight forward as far as setting the clock and time. So far the hot plate has been pretty consistent at keeping the coffee hot, around 165 degrees. Coffee is easy to pour and the urn itself does not pour water all over the counter when filling the reservoir. I just use the basket it comes with, no filters. Does not have any beeps or bells to alert when coffee is finished marketing. It is very light weight. I have used mine for 30 days. It makes hot coffee and that is what it's import

Geek Squad Protection plan is the best when it comes to repair and replacements. I have used their services before and also recently . The exchange was quick and smooth. Overall I recommend this product for protect your/our investment on the appliances.

The agents are readily available and I know this because I used it for my Air Fryer that gave up on me and they happily replaced it for me since it was unfixable.

Quick and easy process. They verified the issue and replaced it. Con: You'll have to purchase a new warranty to cover the replacement unit. Pro: you can skip weeks of waiting, without your product, if the issue is covered. That convenience is well worth the price of the original and the new warranty.

Great product bought it for my Fiancé and she cannot stop using the Dyson, I did have to exchange the original one I purchased because it kept overheating and you have to not cover the vents when holding the handle other than that awesome dryer best on the market
