Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. Nothing is built to last anymore so the extended warranty seems like cheap insurance

Didnt get to use this service thankfully but i bet it would had save me from a lot of trouble if something had happened to my kitchenaid mixer

This is my second kitchen aid food processor. The first one lasted 20 yrs. You just can't beat them. Works perfectly and makes cooking so much faster. I cook everyday from scratch. This is a must- have for a busy schedule. No more hand chopping to get your veggies in your diet!! Love it

Geek squad has been a savior when it comes to my younger child's tablet. If it was not repairable geek squad did not try and sale me but offered to replace his tablet with a small up fee. Which was better than paying for a complete new one

If I see a certain percentage of reviews for a small appliance or item mention early failure or breakage, I add this on. I've used it twice for hassle free replacement. I don't have experience with having Geek Squad try to repair an item like they would on a large appliance or major electronics so this review is on small items.

Had our Breville for a little over a year now and so happy we purchased the protection plan. Got an error code on our machine, took it in, and they immediately sent a replacement.

I have never had to use The Geek Squad, It is just nice to have a backup plan.

It’s a Best buy warranty. If something goes wrong Best Buy has you covered

Things have a habit of breaking easily in my house especially my small kitchen appliances this is why I purchased Extra Protection but I didn't have to use it yet

Should be a good deal if the thing craps out or decides to break

I bought this for my ninja coffee maker i read great reviews about it so i bought it.I am lucky i haven't had any issue with my coffee maker so i didnot have to use it yet .
