My Dyson ph04’s humidifier function stopped working within the two years (1.5 yrs). Brought it back and received store credit - it was awesome! I decided to build a PC with the money, instead. Awesome service!!!

This is the best insurance you can get. Just pop into Best Buy and speak to the customer service desk and they'll take care of you.

Super great little machine! Setup was super easy, and I can finally make my own iced and hot lattes at home. Even with a month between uses it still works great.

I feel geek squad is something that you must have and must always get. Accidents happen or things may go wrong with your product and instead of buying a whole new one you can just take out to Best Buy go to geek squad and have them look at it. If it is fixable then they will fix it and if they can’t then guess what happens they replace it. That is Great and you can always know that you will have the best out of your product no Matter what it is

I've had this product for almost 2 years now and it is great for newbies. The touch screen is very easy and I got another one as a gift recently. But now it's time to get a bigger one. But still this one I will use to cook the smaller foods.

This a warranty for a Panasonic Electric razor I bought.I haven’t had to use the warranty yet. I clean the blades and foil after every use. I also rotate the blades and top of the battery after every shave.Have not had to purchase new blades. I still get a close shave as if it was brand new.

THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY USEFUL AND EFFECTIVE, IN TRUTH WE SHOULD ALWAYS BUY THESE TYPES OF SERVICES IN MOST STORES, TO BE BETTER.

here's some advice for everyone, we all run out the store warranties and even manufacturer warranties so it is necessary to purchase a great bby warranty on all products there at bby the prices are very good and some are as long as 5 years wow, imagine how many upgrades your product will have in 4 or 5 years if something fails on the product , with the warranty you get your refund or credit to purchase a new one. always get a warranty

Calms my nerves knowing my product is protected through geek squad.

I bought this for my Cuisinart TOA-65 Air-Fry toaster oven, because the electronics and fan are on top (I figured the oven could cook it's electronics or fan over time). Good thing I did, I originally got the oven on sale for 30% off three years ago. I'm now on my third oven. I do have to re-buy the warranty each time, but now I'm at the same cost the oven was before being on sale, and still have a brand new oven. I'd never buy this oven again due to it not being able to last 2 years, but the warranty is very reasonable for items under $250. Just walk in with the defective item, tell them what's wrong and they give or order you a new one. Easiest warranty ever. Just make sure you renew it if you think it may fail again.

Good to have in case of an accident, hope to never have to use it
