A Geek Squad service plan is a must buy with major appliances and electronics, phones, etc. Most products are known to break down quickly so having a service plan is a necessity with product quality these days.

I’ve had this air fryer for over 1 1/2 years. It’s been great. I use it every single day. The rubber stoppers for the basket degrade very fast. But other than that, it’s wonderful!!

To be honest, I purchased the 2 year extended warranty for my product in hopes that one day (if I ever need it) I will be covered with issues on my product. I have yet to see the type of service and customer support I will receive from BestBuy, when the time comes, but I’ll keep you guys posted!

Works amazing. First use I thought it was broken or I was missing pieces because it wasn’t cutting the cans how I’m used to. It cuts them under the lid unnoticeable until you tilt it over to see if it’s actually working and it spills!

Returned Bella Pro Airfryer that failed after 28 months. Purchased Geek Squad 2yr Service warranty. Full refund for dead product no questions asked.

I purchased the Geek Squad Service and had my electronics fixed or replaced without problem. Definitely recomwnd ti buy it is with every penny.

No questions asked replacement program? What’s not to like? Just spend the extra cash and get it because if you don’t you’re going to hate yourself much more than you are going to hate yourself for buyers remorse spending the extra money on getting it in additional to your expensive item.

I usually don’t buy an extended warranty for the items I purchase, but with Best Buy’s 2 year warranty, I have not yet faced any problems in returning or Exchanging my faulty or downright inoperable products. So instead of going through the manufacturer, I just take my stuff to the local Best Buy, and it’s done. That has been my experience so far.

I get that people hate when workers ask if we want the protection plan but it’s worth it. To protect your purchase money on the item and have security in knowing your going to get your unit repaired or replaced is a no brained. Even if you want to upgrade after your unit goes out and it can’t be fixed you at least get to use your original purchase amount towards a new unit!

I always purchase a warranty with anything that’s electrical it’s just a precaution you never know with the way. Things are made in today’s society. It’s a peace of mind and BEST BUY does honor it and you can exchange it for whatever you want and pay the difference if there is any.

Always great service from the squad. Every time I have a an issue with any of my purchases Best Buy and geek squad always help out with no issues. Always good to return the product a few days before geek squad expires to get a newer product if not renewing your services
