Additional protection for my KitchenAid stand mixer. Since I use the mixer often & it was a larger purchase, I feel it will provide me with peace of mind going forward.

Bought a 2 year warranty for my air fryer! I believe for the price I paid, the warranty was definitely worth it! Not a lot of places will offer you any quality warranty!

The geek squad is incredible! I’ve had to use them three times ready because of my unfamiliarity with installing my own computers, my own speaker systems, etc. because they’ve done it for me at work always. They were very clear and patient!

I always get the protection plan it is the best investment i can get instead of replacing the whole item i get credit and get another one and just replace the warranty instead of spending hundreds every time I’m spending a few dollars to kee the quality unless i change my mind then i can always get store credit and buy something else and start all over again

I buy warranties on all of my electronics. I've had to use my warranty on several items, including a mini fridge. You just bring your covered item in store, get either an exchange if possible or a refund. I've never had any issues with any existing warranty. Highly recommend Geek Squad.

I think it's helpful since they have replaced items for me that I had the protection plan on and so I think it's worth it.

Best buy has the best purchase protection around. I encourage anyone buying any sort of small or large appliance get any sort of coverage

When I have had something break they have taken full care of me, the protection plans are excellent! Save your box and/or geek squad info though one time I almost missed out but since I had that info they found it.

This device really saved me after having my second knee surgery in four years. It allowed me to withstand long road trips in the car as well as refreshing myself after workouts.

This service is great and needs to be offered on more products not only can I take back broken electronics and either get them fixed or replaced, you don’t need the original box or a receipt everything is done digitally no more do you need to stock pile on receipts to then forage for them.

I've used a few of ghese plans and got duff replaced. Best buy has come through on their replacement

I always purchase insurance for any product I purchase. It is always worth the money even if the product does not stop functioning. It gives me peace of mind and that means everything to me.

I’ll be honest I haven’t have to use the protection plan but I can guarantee if I didn’t have it, I would need it. That’s just the way it is!!

QUICK FAST AND EFFICIENT!!! It may have taken all of 15 minutes and everything was hooked up and working. And they cleaned and took everything with them. They gave me the 800 number to call if I have any problem. Yay…

It is a very good purchase, especially if you have pets. It also can be used year round and works very well.
