I don't know why I purchased this warranty. My previous Oster blender lasted over 30 years. I expect to have this new and improved Oster Blender for the same amount of time. I really don't think I will ever need it.

Perfect for the price!! Bought it to cook french fries so I don’t have to turn on the oven. The size keeps me from eating to many fries in one sitting.

Been helpful as best as they can. I’ve had hiccups here and there where they couldn’t fix my laptop in the past, even though I made multiple trips, they ended up replacing it completely for me. Downside was probably me having to pay a difference.
