I like the Brim dual brew , seems much better made than the last 3 sorry Hamilton Beach makers that are trash. Not one of them lasted even a year.

I have always bought the warranty from Best Buy. I have only needed to use the warranty twice but when i have it had been a fluid process. Best buy honors their warranty the best!
