    For this new product, it has not been needed to use. But it’s a whole different story regarding the “Geek Squad” when my laptop was involved!

    Two charges for protection plan.

    I took my small appliance back today after a month of use, the handle had broken off. When I used the protection plan for a replacement I was recharged for the protection plan which I thought covered my item for two years…

    It could be a trap for your money

    Be careful with this service as it can be a real trap. I explain, first of all, use it no matter what they say on their website. Especially if your product is still covered by the original warranty. If you decide to use the warranty, you might just lose the money you have paid for this service. This is exactly what happened to me. I decided to use the warranty as the manufacturer decided to refund me, I lost 18 months of my coverage. The issue is that on their website they kind of nudge you towards the warranty by saying that warranty might be available. You go for that and then you lose it.

    This has already stopped working right. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty. It was for my parents and they liked it until it started giving them problems.

    cant review yet. When it arrived it would not come on it just ticked so i purchased extended warranty and it sat in bedroom out of sight, So when i took it back they ordered me a new one Nov 30 saying arrival Dec7. Well its Dec 31 and I still have not received

    Process for replacement for small appliance is very cumbersome. My rice cooker broke and to contact customer service to process a replacement was a hassle. It would be worth me buying the product than investing time to give all details to customer service. I had to speak to 2-3 different people just to schedule a repair appointment.

    I have been unable to get my 2 year protection plan (pdf) on line or talking with geek squad since 4-11-22 so I want to cancel this service and I do not want a gift card I want credit to my card in full ($14.32) I was disconnected twice by Geek Squad --Poor service

    My Original Power XL Smokeless grill was great my 1st few months. I then noticed that my kitchen was getting Smokey & the grill seemed not to be performing like it was suppose to. My grill started to overheat after being on for 15 minutes. I was glad I purchased the warranty because I was out of the exchange period. The Power XL was good while it lasted which wasn’t long & it is hard to clean. When it comes to burning a good Ribeye then it has to go

    For the service I won't renew! The service techs don't repair Apple products that well-I had to return twice with the same product for repair and it is still not fixed.

    Slowest Razor I've Ever Had!

    Beware! This razor turns very slow and takes a long time to shave, unlike the no name I bought from Amazon that was fast and also came with a great trimmer and still works great. This was an impulse buy because it was a Norelco. I have to shave 2-3 times to get a good shave. I passed my return date so it just stays on the shelf. Norelco used to be a great shaver but not this one.

    Best Buy Replacement Plan is a waste of money!

    Replacement plan did not cover replacement of product. Out over $200 more for a “newer” model Dyson. Will not buy another Dyson from Best Buy. First time using warranty and it was useless. Not worth the money or hassle.

    I’ve heard this is a great product which is why I added this plan to my product, but Best Buy cancelled my protection plan without my consent

    Missing Parts To The Product
