    Dont trust reviews!!! These reviews are all random reviews for other products. Read them and you’ll see best buy is putting other reviews together to make the items look highly rates. Remove these reviews best buy!

    "Warning: Avoid this company! I bought a protection plan for my lens, but when I needed it, they refused to fix or replace it. No store credit was offered either. Very disappointing experience."

    Died after 2 years 3 months of use

    I thought this air purifier was great! We used it on a near constant basis for approximately two years, when it suddenly died. I had changed the filter a few months ago (to an official Winix filter, which is also expensive). One day, I looked at the purifier and strangely, it was off. And it never turned back on again. It wasn't a surge because this was plugged into a surge protector and all other devices connected to it were completely fine. I reached out to Winix customer support and they said there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty. I can't believe it! 3 months out and it's just dead - talks about perfectly timed planned obsolescence. Their customer support manager said they best they could do was give me a 25% off coupon :/ I'm not going to buy another product that's only going to last me two years!

    Junk , i bought this for 99bucks and now it's 199. it's a ripoff. It didn't last. Leaked water everywhere. I chucked it in the dumpster today. the cup that holds the coffee grounds gets stuck in the machine. don't waste your money. 29bucks for protection plan is what the actual price for the machine should be. portafilter untwists on it's own, coffee on counters, floors , and walls.

    PLEASE GOOGLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNIT LEAKING BEFORE PURCHASING. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS OUT THERE. I haven't used this unit much when noticed a lot of leakage underneath blade onto motor. I called company and was told parts will need to be replaced every year. YIKES! Why is this company selling a premium product that the consumer will have to pay to fix the unit every year? Why would I want to put money into this product every year. The company need to fix their own manufacturing problems or pull it off the market! This blender is faulty.

    They don't honor their service warranty

    I will never buy this again. I have a TV that broke last year and Geek Squad would not replace or service it due to covid. They couldn't enter homes at the time. I understand we were all being safe, but they wouldn't even replace it if i brought it in.

    I returned two of them, the first one never heated up, when I got my second one it was working fine, 5 months later there was no hot water coming from it. I don’t recommend this Brand.

    BEWARE PURCHASING THIS WARRANTY

    Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad warranty for a high end toaster with a 1 yr manufacturer's warranty. Toaster wasn't working correctly. Delay in bringing in to them because of shut down with Covid-19. Returned 2 wks after manufacturer warranty expired so this warranty was only in effect for 2 wks. Toaster being replaced by them but I was told that since I used the warranty it is now cancelled for the remaining balance of the 2 yr warranty! Would need to buy a new warranty again!! This is not mentioned in any of the warranty info they provide.

For future clarity, the protection plan gets "fulfilled' to allow the return-exchange. This uses up the plan and needs to be repurchased on the new unit. I hope this makes sense.     Makes a horrible mess

    I bought this rice cooker to make my life easier. I didn't want to stand over a pot to make sure I didn't overcook the rice. This cooker is even worse. Water boils up and spit out the vent. It doesn't just ooze out, it projects the starchy water out. I had to lift the lid several times, place a paper towel over the vent and now have to clean up my countertop. I made two cups worth of rice and, yes, added the right amount of water.

    Vital missing part = a bad christmas

    Bought new and via online. Picked it up in Watertown, MA- package was a little banged up but appeared alright. Gave it to my best friend for Christmas- she called today to let me know it didn't come with the small but very important part "PFOA free nonstick pan" so she hasn't been using it. How do we get that part? Who do we need to call? I still have my online receipt and she still has the box and all that was in it.

    never toasted evenly and not the middle heat source stopped working. Bought what I thought was the best quality cause I am so tired of toasters that end up in landfills. We are doomed with companies cranking out poor quality items that need to be thrown away. So depfressing

    Bella is not reliable.

    Bella brand falls apart within a year after buying. The Bella Digital Air Fryer handle keeps falling off, and takes much adjusting to get it to work. A screw holding the inner basket has broken. The wires holding the bread on the Bella 4 slice toaster had one side come apart. This brand is not reliable.

    Rebates, anyone seen some $, credit?

    Anyone get their rebates yet from Best Buy? Fryers are ok and do a nice job with the food. We had to send two back because of fire potential and it has been over 6 weeks since we mailed the defective ones. No word yet and feel like I had to buy two to get one decent working model.

    I have had this coffee maker for two years and nine months. I have not had any problems until this weekend when it stopped working. It will no longer turn on. I was expecting it to work longer than 33 months.

    Bad Heating Elements

    I would NOT recommend this product. A few Heating elements went out. Lasted 2 years and slightly outside of warranty - Company will not honor anything.
