I purchase the geek squad coverage on mostly everything I buy at Best Buy, it’s a peace of mind, and when or if I have a problem with something they always resolve the issue with refund or replacement.

Always buy protection from Best Buy , always a good choice

Above perfunctory -- well worth the durability & functionality of owning the best. It has a cleaning station for occasional/simple cleanings; it offers up to 18month blade; it offers up to 50 minutes of battery life. Well, I own many, but no other model comes close!

This is the second one for me. The first one was purchaseed in Fef. 2018 and had a failure on the electlic heating elements suddenly in Nov. 2025. But I am very grateful to this model for withstanding my heavy usage on a daily basis. That's the reason I got same model again.

I do not use the heat setting after reading up on possible outcomes if I fell asleep. However, I love these things! Using the cool setting, I am asleep in ten minutes according to my husband. It feels great & relaxing. I am quite happy with this item. It is worth every penny!
