This warranty is super useful because if anything happens to my TV I know I can get it replaced easily

I had to do a claim because the door on air fryer broke. And I was givien the credit right away and was able to pretty much do an exchange. Awesome and quick service.

Best Buy’s Geek squad program is amazing. They always take care of my needs anytime something should come up. They are courteous and prompt. I recommend their services to anyone and always recommend to get their warranties, they are worth it.

I normally don’t purchase the geek squad extended warranty but it has come in handy with my fridge and the ice maker. Has it replaced 3 times and all 3 times was at no charge because of the extended warranty.

The geek squad warranty is better than any warranty out there. Well worth purchasing they stand behind it.

Love the product and would have given 5 stars however, the food tray was not in my box and I was told by Insignia customer service,to go back to the store to make my concern known. I am not able to travel at this time due to a disability, therefore I had to take a loss because although I provided the date and proof of purchase. Hopefully some one will reach out to me.

This is such a useful thing to have. I had to return something that got damaged and they accepted it. I would definitely recommend!

Haven't used it but if my coffee maker ever needs it, I'm sure it would be a great thing to have available
