Love the geek Squad warranty, I would buy with every purchase

the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...

Puts me at a peaceful mind to know help is just a simple call away.

I get this on all my items I buy from Best Buy. Best protection policy I’ve ever bought. Used it on my headphones when they stop working and they gave a new pair from the rack not a refurbished one.

Its money well spent. I have had the need for GeekSquad to bail me out more time than I can count.

Geek squad offers better services than any coverage I've ever had. Worth every penny especially to have a worry free, hassle-free experience.

The accidental geek squad protection has expired but it has not developed any fault since then.

I recommend getting the warranty. My little one cracked the screen on my laptop and it was covered by the warranty for repair. Really grateful that I didn’t have to spend extra money on getting it fixed.

I highly recommend this insurance haven’t been able to use it yet lol but it gives a sense of safety!!

Had to make a return. It went good with no problems

Haven't needed it much, but they did resound quickly with a fridge issue and they replaced my fridge at no cost.

I haven't gotten to used this service yet. I bought it when i bought the chrome computer for the kids. I hope to use it before it expires.

I think the geek squad is good but I didn't realize that purchasing it I was still having to pay if I had to have a house visit. So at that point I probably would not have purchased it..

Always purchase extended warranty. If you ever need it , it pays for itself. Great Geek Squad.

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

1 Year accidental damage replacement plan, what's not to like? Great piece of mind and hassle free. I'm a fan of the plan!
